Bearing temperature is too high
When the mechanism is running, the temperature at which the bearing is installed is allowed to have a certain temperature. When stroking the casing of the mechanism by hand, it is normal to not feel hot hands. On the contrary, it indicates that the temperature of the cam bearing is too high.
The end of the bearing temperature is too high: the quality of the lubricating oil is not satisfactory or deteriorates, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high; the assembly of the mechanism is too tight (the gap is insufficient); the assembly of the IKO bearing is too tight; the bearing race is on the shaft or in the shell Rotation; excessive load; cam bearing maintenance frame or bone fracture, etc.
Gulu bearings are allowed to have a small running noise in the office. If the noise is too large or there is abnormal noise or impact sound, it indicates that the bearing is faulty.
The end of the noise generated by the bone lubricating bearing is more complicated. One is the proper wear of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Because of this kind of wear and tear, the proper relationship between the IKO bearing and the housing, and the bearing and the shaft is damaged, causing the axis to leave the correct position of the right path, and an abnormal noise occurs when the shaft moves at high speed. When the bearing is fatigued, the metal on the surface will flake off, which will also increase the radial clearance of the bearing and generate abnormal noise. In addition to this, bearing lubricating oil is insufficient, dry friction, and bearing breakage will generate abnormal sounds. After the cam bearing wears loose, the maintenance frame is slack and damaged, and the damage of the abnormal noise bearing will also occur. When dismantling the bone bearing, we can judge the fault and the cause of the bearing according to the damage situation of the bearing.
Raceway metal peeling
The bearing bone and the raceway surfaces of the inner and outer rings bear the effect of periodic pulsating load, so the cyclically varying contact stress arises. When the number of stress cycles reaches a certain number, fatigue and flaking will occur on the office surface of the bone or the inner and outer raceways. If the load of the bearing is too large, this fatigue will increase. In addition, the installation of IKO bearings is not correct, the shaft buckling, and the phenomenon of raceway spalling will also occur. Fatigue and peeling of the cam bearing raceway will reduce the precision of the shaft operation, and cause the mechanism to oscillate and noise.
Burnt IKO bearings have tempered colors on their raceways and bones. The burnt end is usually caused by insufficient lubricating oil, unsatisfactory or deteriorated lubricating oil quality, and over-tightening of the bearing.
The uneven surface of the bearing's raceway and roller is exposed with uneven pits, which explains the spontaneous variation of the bearing. At the end of it is that under the effect of a very large static load or impact load, IKO bearings have some stress on the surface of the office that exceeds the flexural limit of the material. This kind of situation usually occurs on low-speed rotating bearings.
Bearing seat ring crack
The end of the bearing seat ring crack may be due to the over-tightening of the bearing, the abnormality of the IKO bearing or the loosening of the inner ring, the deformation of the cam bearing's containing parts, and the poor appearance of the installed bearing.
The reason is that the lubricant is insufficient, the bones are broken, and the seat is skewed.
